STATION 04 / AI AUTOMATION

Customer replies, lead follow-up, data entry and reports, handed to tools such as Grok, Claude, Gemini and OpenAI. We have no AI case studies to show, and we will not invent one.

STATION 04 / THE PROBLEM
Some chores are ready to leave the desk.
Some chores are ready to leave the desk: answering the same customer question, nudging a lead who went quiet, typing the same row twice, assembling the weekly report.
We wire those jobs to tools such as Grok, Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI. There are no AI case studies on this site. We have not shipped a portfolio of them, and we will not invent one. What we can do is tell you honestly whether a chore is a good candidate.
Sounds like you if
- Someone answers the same customer question many times a day
- Leads go quiet because follow-up depends on someone remembering
- The same row gets typed into two places
- The weekly report is assembled by hand
STATION 04 / WHAT YOU GET
What lands on your desk.
- 01
A shortlist of chores worth automating
Not every chore should be. We help you pick the ones where a tool can take the load.
- 02
A working workflow for the first chore
One chore, wired to a tool such as Grok, Claude, Gemini or OpenAI, running on your real work.
- 03
A person where it matters
Decisions with weight stay with a person. The tool drafts and sorts. A human checks what counts.
- 04
A plain note on what it cannot do
Every automation has edges. We write them down so nobody is surprised.
AN HONEST FIRST CALL
What we will tell you straight.
This station has no case studies on this site. We have not shipped a portfolio of them and we will not invent one. Here is what you can count on instead.
- What is ready
- Repeated customer questions, follow-up nudges, re-keying data, and assembling reports.
- What is not
- Decisions with legal or financial weight, unless a person checks them.
- The tools
- We work with Grok, Claude, Gemini and OpenAI, and pick per job.
- The proof
- There is none to show on this site yet. We will say so on the call too.
What this station is not
- Not a portfolio of case studies. There are none on this site.
- Not a replacement for judgement. Answers are drafted, not guaranteed.
- Not a fixed package. AI automation is scoped per project.
STATION 04 / HOW IT RUNS
Plan, design, build, launch.
Timeline
Set after a call.
How long it takes depends on the chore and the systems it touches, so there is no standard number to quote. We would rather talk first and agree a plan than guess here.
01
Plan
Find the chore. Where it starts, where it ends, who checks it, and what a good result looks like.
02
Design
Choose the tool and design the hand-offs, including the point where a person steps in.
03
Build
Wire the chore to the tool and run it on real examples before it touches anything live.
04
Launch
Switch it on for one chore, watch it, and write down what it gets wrong before adding the next.
STATION 04 / RELEVANT WORK
Already on the floor.
Nothing on this floor is an AI automation project.
NO PROJECT TO POINT TO
No case study here, and we will not make one up.
None of the projects on this site is an AI automation job, so there is no honest project to point you to. If you want to talk it through, book a discovery call. We will tell you whether your chore is worth automating, and what we would try first.
STATION 04 / BEFORE YOU ASK
Honest answers.
01What can AI automation do for my business?
PED Solution Studios automates repeated chores. Answering the same customer question, following up leads who went quiet, re-keying data, and assembling reports. It uses tools such as Grok, Claude, Gemini and OpenAI, chosen per job. Decisions with legal or financial weight stay with a person.
02How does PED handle personal data?
PED supports and complies with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). What the automation is allowed to see, and who checks it, is written into the scope before it runs on real work.
03Do you have AI automation case studies?
No. There are none on this site. We have not shipped a portfolio of them, and we will not invent one. A discovery call is the honest way to find out whether we are the right fit.
04Which AI tools do you use?
Tools such as Grok, Claude, Gemini and OpenAI. We pick per job, depending on the chore.
05Will it replace people on my team?
It takes repetitive chores off the desk. Decisions that matter stay with a person.
06Can it answer customers on WhatsApp?
Customer replies are one of the chores listed here. Whether WhatsApp is the right place for it depends on the job, and we check that on the call.
07Can an automation get things wrong?
Yes. That is why we plan where a person checks, and why we write down what it cannot do.
08How much does it cost?
It depends on the chore and what it connects to, so there is no price list. AI automation is scoped per project after a call.
