STATION 01 / CUSTOM SOFTWARE AND APPS
Custom software and mobile app development in Accra
A product is a sequence, not a mood.
Plan, design, build, launch. A product cut to what it must do first, for the people who will use it. Android matters here. iOS comes when the job needs it.

STATION 01 / THE PROBLEM
You know what it should do. Nobody has built it yet.
A product is a sequence, not a mood. It begins as a sentence: a marketplace, a rider app, the tool your team keeps asking for. The work is turning that sentence into something people can open on a phone and use.
We sit with the people who will use it, cut the first version to what it must do, then design and build that. Android matters here. iOS comes when the job needs it.
Sounds like you if
- People will sign in to it, with accounts and roles
- It has orders, bookings, listings or records behind the screens
- It has to live on a phone as well as the web
- A template would keep fighting the job
PAYMENTS / BUILT BEFORE
MoMo and card payments, when the product takes money.
PED has integrated Hubtel, PaySwitch, PayPal and Stripe. In Ghana, mobile money is Hubtel or PaySwitch. PayPal and Stripe cover card and international payments. Which of them a product uses is decided in the scope, with the first version.
Three Android apps and six portals on BYOB,a marketplace app for Android and iOS, and a gear and crew rental marketplace.
STATION 01 / WHAT YOU GET
What lands on your desk.
- 01
A first version cut to what it must do
We agree the smallest version that does the job, so something real can be used before everything exists.
- 02
Screens designed before they are coded
Flows, accounts and the empty states in between are designed first, with the people who will use them in the room.
- 03
A build that runs where your users are
Web and Android as the job needs, iOS when it does. The stack fits the job. Our recent builds use Laravel, React and Flutter.
- 04
A launch with a list of what comes next
We put it live with you, and say plainly what is still on the list for the next version.
FIRST VERSION / HOW WE CUT IT
Four questions before any code.
Every software job starts by answering these, out loud, with the people who will use the thing.
- Who uses it?
- The people, their phones, their connection, what they already do today.
- What must it do on day one?
- The few jobs that make it worth opening. Everything else is a later version.
- What can wait?
- Written down, so it is a decision and not a loss.
- Where does it live?
- Web, Android, iOS. We pick what the job needs, not what looks biggest.
What this station is not
- Not a template with your logo on it
- Not a fixed package. Custom work is scoped per project.
- Not a website. A site from GH₵4,499 is Station 03 and has its own page.
STATION 01 / HOW IT RUNS
Plan, design, build, launch.
Timeline
Set after a call.
How long it takes depends on what the first version has to do, so there is no standard number to quote here. After the first conversation we agree a plan and a timeline with you before work starts.
01
Plan
Sit with the people who will use it. Name the first version, what it must do, and what can wait.
02
Design
Screens, flows, accounts and empty states, drawn and agreed before the build.
03
Build
The product itself, in the open, so you see it working while it is still being made.
04
Launch
Live on the platforms the job needs, with a plain list of what is next.

STATION 01 / BEFORE YOU ASK
Honest answers.
01Does PED build Android and iOS apps?
Yes. PED Solution Studios builds web and Android first, because Android matters for most users in Ghana, and adds iOS when the job needs it. Equipment Hub has an Android and iOS app. Recent builds use Laravel, React and Flutter.
02How is custom software priced?
Custom software and apps are scoped per project after a call. The price is set once the first version is cut. Who uses it, what it must do on day one, and what can wait. Hosting, source code and ownership are agreed in the scope, not assumed.
03Can the product take MoMo?
Yes, when the job takes payment. PED has integrated Hubtel and PaySwitch for mobile money, and PayPal and Stripe for card and international payments.
04What has PED built?
Published work includes BYOB, a commerce and logistics platform with three Android apps on Google Play and six web portals; Thirdspace, a gear and crew rental marketplace in Ghana, live at thirdspace.rentals; and Equipment Hub, a heavy-equipment marketplace with a public site, a mobile app and three portals. The Buyer Marketplace on Equipment Hub lets buyers buy, connect with sellers and take part in auctions.
05I only have an idea, not a spec. Is that enough?
Yes. The plan step is where the idea becomes a spec. Bring the sentence and we will ask the rest.
06Can we start with something small?
That is how we prefer to work. Cut the first version to what it must do, build that, then decide what comes next.
07Can we talk before I commit to anything?
Yes. Book a call or message on WhatsApp. You do not need a brief for the first conversation.
08Is this the same as the GH₵4,499 website?
No. The website offer is a site, with a fixed price and a short list of what is in it. Software is a product and is scoped per project.

Tell us the product.
One sentence is enough to start. We will ask the rest on the call.
