01 / THE JOB
Who it was for.
BYOB is the flagship on this floor. It is one platform for selling, warehousing, and delivery, built as six web portals and three Android apps on Google Play. The public front is byobgh.com.
On the web side, Dispatch runs the live operations map, assignments, and rider monitoring. Warehouse is the command center for stock, staff, orders, and transfers. Sales Backstage gives sellers their store controls, Quick POS, orders, campaigns, and buyer chat, while each agent’s storefront runs as its own public shop.
On the phones, Sales handles product selection, commission previews, and storefront orders. Warehouse (Gatekeeper) scans manifests, verifies packages, and prints labels. Delivery, listed on Google Play as BYOB Rider, handles task acceptance, navigation, and Mobile Money earnings.
02 / THE CHALLENGE
What the job asked for.
Selling, storing and delivering depend on each other. BYOB needed all three in one platform, with a screen for every person who touches an order: the dispatcher, the warehouse team, the seller, the rider, and the shopper.
That meant web portals for the desk and phones for the floor and the road, built so they read the same job from the same system.

PUBLIC / PLATFORM
The public front
byobgh.com is the public front of the platform. The browser view shows its homepage: “Don’t Just Find a Job. Build an Empire.”, with Launch Your Business and See How It Works, and a line naming who it is built for: Agents, Riders, and Partners.

WEB / STOREFRONTS
Every agent gets a shop
Each agent’s storefront runs as its own public shop. The mockups show an agent storefront product page, and a verified seller storefront with flash-sale timing and product cards.
